Next Cooking Class - Healing Foods! August 24th

Stress is a common aspect of our daily lives. One way to counter stress is through dietary means. Healing foods can soothe your digestive system, calm your nerves and mental anxieties, and heal irritation. Learning ways to use food to slow down & feel better when you are feeling overwhelmed not only adds to your well-being, but prevents unhealthy patterns of emotional eating.

$25 Co-op Members, $30 Non-Members
